Consciously is a browser plugin that gives information on a company's ethics, helping users make socially conscious buying decisions. You can learn whether a company uses animal testing or find alternative products from black-owned businesses. I supported the lead designer by making promotional images for Consciously's Instagram.
The images were designed to be eye-catching to a younger, socially conscious audience by using contemporary colors, educational facts, and abstract graphic elements. I learned how to balance simplicity with interest by using those elements sparingly, as well as how to maintain brand consistency over a large volume of images.
